If you plan on going out into the neighborhood with your Tonka Ricochet, you have to know that it wouldn’t get the signal from the controller at approximately 30 yards. So if your child is playing with this, you have to be on the lookout. They might step into the street trying to recover their toy but on the upside, with this vehicle having the ability to go past three to four homes, your child will easily make new friends.

Hi Alex. It depends on how heavily you use it. My original Ricochet lasted 2 years, but I treated it like it was made from titanium! The one I have now we’ve had for 18 months and it’s still going very strong…definitely got my month’s worth!
